DDDUMPLING Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 12, 2026
This policy explains how DDDUMPLING for Android (package com.dddumpling.game) and iPhone (bundle com.dddumpling.game.ios) handles information. It covers the offline releases of the game.
Information used by the game
DDDUMPLING does not require an account or ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or microphone access. It has no advertising or embedded analytics service and does not send your gameplay data to the developer. Gameplay does not need a network connection. When you tap PRIVACY, the game asks the system to open this fixed policy page in your web browser.
The game saves progress and preferences in its private storage on your device. These include your best score, unlocked characters, total collection count, minigame progress, keyboard roster progress, and available game and audio preferences. This information lets the game remember your progress and choices between sessions.
Device backup and narration
Android backup is enabled. Depending on your device and backup settings, Android or your backup provider may copy game data to a backup service or transfer it to another device. These system services operate under their providers' privacy policies. The developer does not receive or have access to those backups.
On iPhone, the game saves data in its Application Support container and does not exclude that file from system backup. Apple device backup, restore, or transfer services may therefore copy the saved game according to your device and Apple account settings. The developer does not receive or have access to those copies.
Story narration passes built-in story text to your device's system speech service. That service may process the text locally or through its provider, depending on the platform, selected voice, and service settings. DDDUMPLING does not record your voice or provide personal text to the speech service.
Diagnostics and app stores
The game may display technical error details on your device if an error occurs. It does not automatically upload those details to the developer.
Google Play and Android may independently process installation, device, usage, and diagnostic information under their own settings and policies. Google Play may make app statistics and diagnostic reports available to the developer. These platform services are separate from analytics built into DDDUMPLING. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Apple and iOS may independently process installation, device, usage, and diagnostic information under their own settings and policies. Apple may make app statistics and diagnostic reports available to the developer. These platform services are separate from analytics built into DDDUMPLING. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
Support requests
If you contact the developer, the developer receives the contact information and message contents you choose to provide, including any screenshots or technical details you send. This information is used to respond to your request and investigate problems. Email or other communication providers process these messages as part of delivering the service. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Saved game data remains in the app's private storage until you clear it or remove the app. On Android, you can delete local data through Settings, usually under Apps → DDDUMPLING → Storage → Clear storage. On iPhone, deleting the app removes its local container. This resets saved progress and preferences on that device. System backups may remain and may restore progress after reinstallation; manage or delete those backups through your device or account provider's settings.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your request, resolve related issues, or meet applicable legal requirements. You may contact the developer to request deletion of support correspondence. The developer cannot retrieve or delete game data held only on your device or in your system backups.
Security and sharing
The game uses the platform's private app storage for saved progress. DDDUMPLING does not sell personal information or share gameplay data with advertising networks. Access to support correspondence is limited to handling support and related obligations. No storage or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The game does not ask children to provide personal information or create accounts. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the developer through a support request, contact the developer so it can be reviewed and deleted as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the game's information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Features such as online accounts, cloud progress synchronization, or gameplay analytics would require an updated policy before they are introduced.
