These terms cover DDDUMPLING for Android and iPhone and its official website, provided by Alexander Ho (the developer). Please read them before using the game. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall it.
Playing the game
The current game is free to play, works offline, and does not require an account. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Your device, app store, and internet provider may have their own terms or charges for downloading the game or visiting external pages.
If you are not old enough to agree to these terms under the law where you live, a parent or guardian should review them and authorize your use. Kids Mode provides slower-paced gameplay; parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether the game is suitable for their children.
Permission to use the game
You have a limited, non-exclusive license to install and play the game for personal entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to applicable app-store rules. Ownership of the game is not transferred to you. The game and its original code, artwork, stories, and audio belong to the developer or their respective licensors.
Do not sell or redistribute the game, remove ownership notices, or use it unlawfully. Restrictions on copying, modifying, or reverse engineering do not limit activities permitted by applicable law or the licenses of included third-party components.
Gameplay videos and screenshots
You may share screenshots, record or stream your gameplay, and monetize your gameplay videos. This permission covers the developer's game content as it appears in your recordings; it does not grant rights to separately distribute game assets or use third-party material beyond its license. Do not imply that your content is officially endorsed by the developer.
Progress and privacy
Progress, scores, collections, and preferences are saved locally. Clearing game data or deleting the app can remove them. System backup and restore may affect saved progress. The developer cannot recover data held only on your device or in your system backups.
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, system services, app-store diagnostics, and information you choose to send in support requests.
External platforms
App stores, linked websites, and social platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Using or sharing content on TikTok or another platform requires following that platform's rules. These terms do not grant access to third-party accounts or services.
Updates and availability
Features, supported devices, and availability may change with updates. Compatibility with every device or future operating-system version is not guaranteed. You may stop using the game at any time. A material breach of these terms may end your license, subject to applicable law.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee that it will be error-free, meet every requirement, or preserve all saved data. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the game.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
Revisions will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes apply to future use with any notice or consent required by applicable law.
